Theme:Come Away and Pray-Growing in intimacy with the Lord during the Lenten season.
In our culture based on achievement and success, Lent sometimes becomes a season of self-improvement, which for many people becomes a season in which we feel we don't measure up to those around us or we don't "do enough" for Lent. But Lent is an invitation into deeper intimacy with Jesus, to return to Him with honesty, desire and trust. Rather than focusing on what we give up or how we measure up, this day will reframe Lent as a journey of drawing near, allowing prayer to become a place of encounter, healing, and relationship, where real transformation happens.
